Lanzarote Information

Lanzarote is a beautiful island great for spending a holiday at any time of year. Part ot the Canary Islands, Lanzarote attracts holidaymakers throughout the year. The sandy beaches of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen provide the perfect location for those seeking an all year round tan. The capital, Arrecife, has a large fishing harbour, sandy beach and a bustling town centre where intrepid travellers will enjoy finding their way around the maze of streets and shops.

One of the most famous landmarks on the island is Jameos del Agua, which dates from the eighteenth century when molten lava formed two underground pools in the caves. Just along from here is Cueva de los Verdes where you can explore the colourful caves in the volcanic rock. In the centre of Lanzarote is Montanas del Fuego, here you can drive to the top of the volcano and take bus excursions around the crater or eat at the restaurant where the food is cooked by the heat of the Fire Mountain.

Playa Blanca

Our villas are all situated in Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca is the most southerly and luxurious resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand. The town is populated with some 5 golden sandy beaches all quiet and with easy access, making them ideal for families, notably Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada. The idyllic resort of Papagayo is within easy access (probably the best beach on the island) over a short bumpy road or via the “Sea Taxi Boat” which leaves from the main harbour.

From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross the straits of Bocaina to the island several times a day. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere with a large selection of pavement cafes, shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful sea view. Perfect for families and couples and only 30 minutes from the airport in Arrecife.

Many sports facilities are available for the more energetic, ideal conditions exist for scuba diving, fishing, deep sea fishing and wind surfing. For those who enjoy snorkelling the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean is there to explore.

This modern luxury 3 bedroom villa (sleeps 6) is located in the select area of San Marcial De Rubicon Playa Blanca. Only a short walk to the prestigious new Marina Rubicon, its restaurants, shops, bars & Dorado beach. Villa Hijos and Villa Fuente are identical and located within 200m of each other.

Villa Fuente, Costa Blanca	sleeps 6
This modern luxury 3 bedroom villa is identical to Villa Hijos and is in fact only 200 metres away. Villa Fuente has all the same features as Hijos and benefits from a great location in the sought after area of San Marcial De Rubicon Playa Blanca only a short walk to the Marina Rubicon.
